Northgate Village is within walking distance to Macken Park, downtown North Kansas City, the NKC Community Center, the Library, City Hall and the historic North Kansas City High School. Northgate Village and North Kansas City are easily reached by I-29/I-35, US 169 and M-9 Highways.

Community Association

Residents are members of the Northgate Village Home Owners Association. Home Association dues are used for maintenance of all common areas, neighborhood special events, community newsletters, etc. Townhome and patio homewoners will have additional dues for lawn care, snow clearing, etc.
