Woodneath Farms is a 300-acre master planned community that will ultimately be home to more than 700 families.

Woodneath Farms offers the new home buyer a community pool and recreation area, miles of trails, acres of green space, and golf course views plus tennis courts and a picnic pavilion. An added bonus is the Shoal Creek Elementary School located at the entrance to the community.
